Refund on a subscription

i got charged for the Apple TV+ subscription but I canceled it and still got charged how do I get a refund?

I have been charged twice now for Apple TV when I cancelled it LAST YEAR and would like a refund for both charges I want a refund for the last 2 charges of 4.99 within one week when it was canceled LAST YEAR
