What does it mean when I get this screen while trying to download iOS 14 update?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! Thanks for posting about not being able to update your iPhone to iOS 14. We'd be glad to see what we can do to help.
A great place to get started is If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update as it goes over several of the main reasons why your device may not update correctly. If that proves unhelpful, make sure that you don't have any installed profiles that might be blocking updates by going to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. If so, you may want to see about removing those and trying again. You might also make sure that if you're running any VPN software that you turn that off.
