How to watch earlier episodes on Apply TV App?

I'm watching The Morning Show. Somehow the App jumped ahead one show. I want to go back and see the show I missed. Unlike iTunes in the Apple TV App there seems to be no way to back up to see an earlier episode. Is there a way to do this? If not, I don't quite get the logic why accessing other episodes of the series would be blocked.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Go to the show’s information page, then select the wanted episode.

Apple TV app: Watch Now tab﹥Apple TV Channels﹥tv+﹥Drama & Comedy series﹥The Morning Show﹥[scroll down]﹥

Initially you may see a row of a few episodes. The rest can be revealed by scrolling that row horizontally. Scroll arrows should appear on the side(s) of the page when hovering over the episode tiles. It should list 10 episodes in total for (season 1 of) that show.
