Cannot contact recaptcha!

I keep getting the error message "Cannot contact recaptcha. Check your connection and try again". I work from home and this is preventing me from getting my work done. After I did the software update it was fine for about an hour and started doing it again. I found a few possible solutions on google that didn't work for me. With the work I do online I sometimes have to do the recaptcha thing at least once per hour. I should also add I'm using safari.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey rebeccaxk,

We understand you're getting the error message, "Cannot contact recaptcha. Check your connection and try again."

If you're having issues contacting a recaptcha, we'd suggest checking for content blockers. This can often times result in the issues you've described. To do so in Safari, go to Preferences > Websites, and if you have any Content Blockers turned on, switching it off for the affected website should do the trick.
