Apple Watch's Walkie Talkie can't connect to specific family member's Apple Watch

Hi,

I've tried several attempts to connect to my wife's Apple Watch Walkie Talkie, to no avail.

Here's the respond on my wife's Apple Watch and mine: Connection Failed.

But when I connect to other family member's Apple Watch, the Walkie Talkie works just fine.

What went wrong?
