Remove your beta profile, then you should be able to download the update

While our iPhone is connected to an up-to-date computer with iTunes, press and hold both the Home Screen and the sleep / wake button at the same time for a while. Even if you see the Apple logo, don't let your fingers go.

When you see the screen with the iTunes logo and the cable sign, release your fingers and choose "Update" from the pop-up window on the computer.

This way, iTunes will install iOS 14 as a full version on your device, not as an update as a patch.

I can only suggest: resetting the network settings, or, connecting it to a computer/laptop and upgrading manually.

+1 to what deggie said, if you have it, you can go to Settings > General > Profiles & Configuration

If Profiles doesn't show up, then you don't have the "'beta"'

TBH you should have remembered how to get the beta profile if you have it. It's a semi lengthy process.

you need to delete some apps or things to free up storage!

I have an iphone 7, and I had the same problem. But apparently I had a beta profile installed. So you need to delete that first and then disconnect and connect to wi-fi. Then you should be good to go!
