turn off pip ios 14

The Pip feature for iOS 14 will not stop launching on my 11” iPad Pro. I can find no way to turn the feature off. The location for the turn off that was in the beta is now gone. I can’t live with a small black window constantly launching. How to disable this until Apple fixes this from constantly launching?
