Camera does not work after iOS 14 update 8+

OK is there a way to fix this besides the downgrade process? I have the same problems that are listed for iPhone 7 users. Black screen and no flashlight. Please fix this Apple. Better yet don’t roll out an update that ruins some peoples devices that were working.
