podcast app

Podcast App is in a constant loop requesting Apple ID sign in. No matter how many times I sign in. Help! Software up to date and tried usual turning off / on again

iCloud.com logs me out after barely signing in I sign into icloud.com with my Apple ID and password and I briefly see the Welcome screen and then I'm returned to the sign-in page. I have tried on iPhone, iPad, and a Galaxy Tablet. they all sign me in for a split second, then log out back to the sign in page. Help please.
