How do I change my password if it asks me to enter my password if I forgot it

I had trouble logging in to my Apple ID I have two Apple IDs personal one and my one that I don’t normally use but yeah so how do I do that thank you

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
