Has anyone fixed this problem by turning off screen time?
After talking to Apple support, I ended up at the Genius Bar in a store. Turns out my battery needed replacing, and they don’t replace iPad Pro batteries. So they offered me a discount on a new model, or a brand new 2015 iPad Pro 12.5 inch for $100. I took the latter and couldn’t be happier. Thanks for your suggestion

The suggestions you sent me were not helpful. I’ve tried every suggestion that I’ve read, and I still have periodic problems where my virtual keyboard is unusable.

If part of your screen doesn't respond, responds intermittently, or responds even when it's not touched, contact Apple Support for your iPhone or iPad.
