Thanks for taking the time to reach out in Apple Support Communities. We understand you'd like to add photos in the, "For You" tab in the Photos app. We can help provide you additional information.
The ability to manually add photos in the, "For You" tab in the Photos app is unavailable. You do have the ability to create photo albums, shared albums or "Memories." Here's more information:

- Enjoy your Memories in Photos
- Organize and find your photos on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Use Sharing Suggestions in Photos
