Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. We see you have a question about Game Center, and we're happy to see how we can assist.

While it's not possible to remove Game Center, you can sign out by tapping Settings > Game Center and then scrolling down to Sign Out at the bottom. You could also prevent access to Game Center functions using Settings > Screen Time > Content Restrictions and then scrolling down to the Game Center section to review the options there: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
