A Few Thoughts:

A. Contact Apple Support - Request an eMail.

Apple Contact Info:

• Contact Us - Choose Locations
• U.S.A. (800)MY-APPLE
• Proceed from there, as necessary

B. Filters Getting in the Way:

If you did not receive an eMail, ask Apple what the eMail address is that this is sent from. Then, add the eMail to your Safe List.

C. It Might take a Few Days:

Based on prior experiences, I can say that it may take a few days, just to get the eMail - it may not be sent instantaneously to the transaction.

You will need to contact the store - we are all other users here and have no access to purchases, accounts, etc.

Did you buy it online or in person at a store? If it was the latter check your junk email. If you bought it online you will not be charged or get a receipt until it is shipped.
