IOS 14

I had the beta profile for ios 14, however when i try to delete the beta profile there is no profile option in general. Anyways I tried to update ios 14 on my phone and i accepted the terms and agreement and then it just freezes and won't update. I tried updating through my pc and it says the iphone is up to date but I still have the ios 14 download in my general software update.
