Apps on the dock keep rearranging their order

I just updated to iOS14 and suddenly the four apps in the dock of my iPhone 7+ rearrange themselves in reverse order on a periodic basis. It's happened at least a half dozen times in the past couple of days. Is there any way to keep them from doing such?
