Storage Problem
I have deleted a lot of my apps and images and trashcans in hopes of getting storage but its showing me that 47.76 GB of my storage is in other and 5.2 Gb is in my system storage how do I clear this

Look at Settings->General->iPhone storage. That gives you some options to reduce storage consumption.
Please see How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.
In addition to the above, you will, almost certainly, need to follow the instructions in the document Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support, including making sure your iOS is up to date (13.7 or 14).

So, you only get that one Recommendation?
Do you already have Storage Optimization turned on, and other iCloud related options turned on, or do you have iCloud turned off, for some reason?
That’s a very large amount of “Other” storage, for a 64 GB device! (The 5 to 6 GB for “System” is quite normal.)
Have you been able to follow the instructions in the document Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support, including making sure your iOS is up to date (13.7 or 14)?
