My iPhone XR is showing No Service after 16 months. Same happened to iPhone 8 Plus.

Why does apple phone shows No Service after one year of use. My last phone 8 plus was having the same problem later apple care said it’s a motherboard issue. Now this phone has same problem. Please help me with this. I don’t want to loose this phone also.
