iphone 6s not updating

so i've been trying to update my iphone to ios 14 but everytime i go to software update it tells me that my iphone is up to date even though it isn't it's still in 12.4.8

i've tried updating it with itunes but it tells me the same thing, please help me out

You do not have iPhone 6s as mentioned in the title of the post. iPhone 6s cannot have iOS 12.4.8
