Download and update button not showing up

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re not seeing the option to update your iPhone to iOS 14. We’ll be happy to help with this.

Do you have a profile installed? Go to Settings > General, and tap Profiles & Device Management. If you see the iOS Beta Software Profile, tap Remove Profile and then restart your iPhone:

Try updating once more and see if the issue is resolved. If not, the following steps may help you with updating:
