iPad Battery Won’t Charge

I normally go to bed at around 8:30 pm with my iPad battery at 10%, and by 9:30 am, it only gets to around 30%. Help?

Ipad is on charge but losing battery While i use my ipad on charge it loses battery i plug it in at 9% for example and in 5 mins it goes to 3% even though i have it on charge

Battery on iphone I can have 50% charge when I go to bed but by the morning it needs charging again. I clear all the things off, but it still runs out sometimes twice a day and I don’t use it THAT often!!
