Changing Icon in shortcuts app
When I try to change what the icon of a shortcut will look like on my Home Screen, I only get the options of color and glyphs. Is using pictures as icons not possible one iPhone 7?

Go to the Shortcut you want to change> the three dots> add to Home Page. You should then get the option to change the app picture. Hope this helps!
