Using Apple watch 6 in a Jacuzzi, Sauna 41 degrees C.

Hi is it safe to use the Apple watch in a 41-42 degrees C, environment like Jacuzzi, Sauna or Steam Room? At the moment I wear the watch when I swim to track distance, heart rate etc. Usually I use the jacuzzi first to warm up the body's core, then the Sauna to sweat (detox) then I go swim. I leave the watch in my locker and only put on the watch when I swim. Thing is I often forget until I am in the pool. So I have to get back to the locker to get the watch. Great if it is okay to wear in those environment and go to swim in one flow. Anyone got any experience? Thanks.

Per Apple: Water resistance isn't a permanent condition and may diminish over time. Apple Watch can't be rechecked or resealed for water resistance. The following may affect the water resistance of your Apple Watch and should be avoided:

  • Dropping Apple Watch or subjecting it to other impacts.
  • Exposing Apple Watch to soap or soapy water (for example, while showering or bathing).
  • Exposing Apple Watch to perfume, solvents, detergent, acids or acidic foods, insect repellent, lotions, sunscreen, oil, or hair dye.
  • Exposing Apple Watch to high-velocity water (for example, while water skiing).
  • Wearing Apple Watch in the sauna or steam room.

As for the pressure rating, which can be confusing to those first encountering this rating system: Water-resistant (not water-proof!) to ~50m equivalent pressure rating, which is approximately shallow-water surface swimming, fishing, etc. Not diving. Suitable for everyday use, showering, bathing, shallow-water swimming, snorkeling, water related work, fishing. Splash/rain resistant. Skin diving needs the 200m rating. Moving water and jetting water—such as might arise in a jacuzzi—can produce transient higher-pressure water, hence the Apple warning on water-skiing.

I am using Iwatch 6. I have seen videos of people swimming with it. It is rated as waterproof to 50 meters. So far I have swam with it for 4 occasions, each time about 1 hour. So far so good. I am more concerned about the temperature of 41 to 42 degrees Celsius. I have read some accounts in google that the operating temperature of the Iwatch is lower. I have not used it in a hot water Jacuzzi.
