Cox contour stopped working after I updated tom14.0. I receive the message server error:: TVAPP-00100. Cox says it is not their issue. I have rebooted, deleted app.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

I also have talked to Cox tier 2 on many occasions. Had several tickets opened and closed with my knowledge or any follow up. I find this out after calling back to check status. My last interaction with Cox was a supervisor which stated that they would have to update the app. I noticed today that a new app update was available, downloaded update and app still does not work. (Now using 14.2)
