Hi ilhanfadel

We understand that the camera on your iPhone isn't working, and we want to help get to the bottom of what's going on.

To help us narrow this issue down further, can you confirm which model of iPhone you have? If you're not sure, this page can help you find out:

Identify your iPhone model

Since you mentioned that this happened after updating your device, can you let us know if your iPhone is still running iOS 14 at this time? We ask because iOS 14.0.1 was released recently.

If your iPhone is running iOS 14 currently, we'd suggest updating to iOS iOS 14.0.1, to see if that helps. When you're ready, please use the steps outlined on the following page to back up and update your device: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Take care!
