You need a computer with iTunes or a mac to solve it. If you dont have a computer yourself, you can see if you can use a friend or family members computer, or take it to an Apple store.

Follow the steps in this article:

If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support

If you have a backup you can restore it from that

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
