Payment issue

Every time I try to download an app it will say that I have to fill in my billing information and when I do that, it says that my card has failed/ or my payment method was declined. All my information is up to date and I filled in the correct information so I don’t know what’s happening.

Contact your bank and ask why they are declining the authorization.
