unknown error (4000) when trying to update to newest software v ios14. did everything recommended by Apple, no help??? ios 14.0 upgrade error 4000

Turn off the passcode and update while device is unlocked https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/trying-to-update-to-ipad-os-14-itunes-giving-error-4000.2255178/
