There is no way to change the password

Which password? The phone’s lock passcode, or your Apple ID password?

For the lock screen passcode go to Settings/FaceID & Passcode. If you can’t find that entry it may have been disabled in Screen Time.

And I answered that there is a setting in Screen Time that can block changing the passcode.
