I need to get an appt. with Apple Boca Raton to return my watch......I have been waiting since June. The store closed and I was told I needed to return the watch to the store in Boca were it was purchased....

Placing a call to Apple and Boca Raton was not a positive experience they do not know what to tell me other than call customer service I know you’re supposed to go online and you’re supposed to make an appointment it does not show any available appointments for Boca Raton so maybe they’re not ready to see people not sure but calling the store directly was not effective what should I do next?
