I have recently bought the new Apple Watch SE. My data provider is Tesco and I am aware they currently do not support Apple watches. However, I was wondering if there was any way I could access the cellular features of my watch somehow.

Not without cellular activated. But your watch will act normally otherwise as long as your phone is nearby.
tesco use 02 which is why I thought it would work but jt says unavailable
Only by changing network providers,in the UK that's O2,Vodaphone or EE.
Tesco piggybacks the O2 network and pay O2 for the service,they are totally separate from O2.
