Software Update
I want to update my phone to iOS 14 but it says 13.7 is up to date so I can’t update it. Could you please help me with this issue?

Settings > General > Software Update > What does it display here?

I am currently using iPhone SE 1st GENERATION with iOS 14 .
I am very eager to purchase Apple watch Series 6. But website shows this "Apple Watch Series 6 requires an iPhone 6s or later with iOS 14 or later."
i am confused.
So kindly advice, am i able to pair my phone with Series 6 ,...
Delete iOS 13 beta profile by going into settings> General> Profiles.
Restart and check for updates.
(worked for me)
The 1st Generation SE was released after the Series 6 and Series 6s

Try Updating Using your Computer:
There would be two steps to this: backup then update.
1. Backup First: Make a backup of your device using iCloud or your computer
2. Then, Update Using these Links:
