AirPlay icon missing in iTunes for Windows

My AirPlay icon is missing in iTunes 12.10.7.3 (cannot see icon and therefore not see any Airplay speakers or Apple TVs) on Windows 10 version 1909 PC. Airplay icon working on another PC hardwired to network and working on iOS devices. This is what I have to do to fix it: Disconnect the PC from the wireless network. Log on to network again using iPhone hotspot to connect. Log off hot spot and then reconnect the PC to wireless network as before. Fixed! iTunes now shows AirPlay icon and remote speakers available. Works every time. Unfortunately every time the computer is rebooted I must go through the same routine. So I have a fix but it is a bit annoying having to go through this routine every time. Anyone have an explanation and/or fix? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply but I don't think that's it as it works on another PC that is same vendor and it does work as I pointed out above on the PC in question; seems it is something in how the network connection is made. Can't take it in to an Apple store as they are closed for COVID plus it is a desktop PC plus they wouldn't be connected to my network. and yes you need the button if you want to use speakers other than the PC speakers. Thanks for the comments though.
