iPhone 11Pro and hearing aids

I lost some Bluetooth communications with the last update. I used to be able to stream music and phone calls thru my hearing aids. Not anymore.

I can control volume and other adjustments with settings/accessibility/hearing aids and thru my app that I have been using for 3 years.

suggestions?
