My Widgetsmith isn't working everytime I go into the app it kick me out

Issues with Widget Smith app. Hi, I am having issues pulling up the Widget smith app. I do not know how to fix it, if anyone here has the answer that would be amazing. I am trying to personalize my widgets on iOS14, some of my friends recommended me to use Widget smith but when I try to pull up the app, just does not show the app, it seems like the app just stop running. I tried restarting my iPhone, then uninstalling the app, restarting and then installing it once again, but it does not work either. If someone is able to help me that would be great! FYI I am not English Native Speaker if I have mistakes with my grammar my apologies I am just trying to get some help we do not have a lot of support from Apple to Latin America Countries. Using widget smith and making widgets. hi when i went to make a new widget, it said that there is no widget smith located. meaning when i press the + button in the top corner of my screen, it only lists apps that i have (like spotify,weather,maps, and more), but it doesn’t list widget smith or color widget. How do i fix it so that i can make custom widgets?

No on when i press and hold just - I’m trying to add a widget to my home screen I press and hold the top right corner all I get is the negative Mart did take them off there is no + to add widget onto what do I do?
