a bug got into my phone and is spamming me calendar invites

there is no way to decline or remove it

If running iOS 13, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

A bug didn't get into your phone. You clicked on a link which downloaded a calendar to your phone which is now spamming you.

Do as stedman1 suggest and remove the calendar you downloaded. And in the future be careful when clicking on links from sites you are not that familiar with.
