Infinite Loop of Authentication Requests on Apple TV

I recently updated my iPhone 11 to iOS 14. I turned on my Apple TV, and I am now stuck in an infinite loop of authentication requests. It makes it impossible to do anything on the Apple TV. It asks for a username(Apple ID email?), and then a password. Upon completing those two screens, it sends me back to the username screen. This is very aggravating and I would appreciate any form of help.

-------

1. Remove the Apple Account from your list of Apple Users.

Then...

2. Power off the Apple TV for 30 Seconds.

Then...

3. Log in once more.

NOTE: It is usually the 30 Seconds that makes all the difference, during which device fixes made.
