Refund and purchase problems.

Hi,

I have questions about the refund that apple has provided, is it actually work? because I report a purchase that I didn’t intend to do that and after 48 hours, apple said that it has been refunded but I still haven’t received the money? Also for the purchase that I made for a game, I didn’t get the cash in that game but my real money has been taken? Anyone can help?
