Lost an app

I can’t find the Apple health app on my iPad and I can’t find it in the App Store

can anyone help

ipads never had an health app,

it's missing all the sensors that the app rely on along with the activity app on iphones.

You’ve not lost the Health App - it was never there. The Health App is one of several Apps that are only available for iPhone.
