How do I clean my MacBook Pro 2020?

What is the proper way to clean this expensive laptop?

Do i switch it off first? everytime you switch it off, while cleaning it boots up because of accidentally touching a key or something.

What is the proper way to clean the keyboard and screen...

Do you dust it off using a brush? for the keyboard or do you use a mini vaccum for this device etc etc...

Do you just wipe the screen with a cloth or something...
