Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you would like to work with your files that are in your iCloud storage on your Windows computer. There are 2 ways to do this, first is from the iCloud.com website, and the second is installing the iCloud for Windows app and here is more info on both:
