"other" in the iphone storage

i have tried restroing my iphone and these screenshots are from right after i set it up again

i have an iphone 6s i love a lot. its the 16GB ram i dont really perfer to have a lot of things on my iphone anyways so the storage has never really been an issue but ever since the ios update and a little before that the other section in the storage has been growing tremendiously and i have tired everything i can find to reduce it. is there anything i can do to reduce it so at least my iphone would function properly. pls reply asap xx
