Перестал работать микрофон и динамик

После обновления на iOS 14 перестал работать микрофон и динамик при звонках через сотового оператора

Звонки через мессенджеры работают корректно.

Какое решение проблемы может быть?

iPhone 7, iOS 14

Hi,

The loudspeaker stopped working after the update to iOS 14. Can't turn on speakerphone for calls. Music and other sounds play normally. iPhone X
