ios 14 wont show up as a update on my iphone 7
Basically after i updated it to 13.7, the new ios 14 wont show up even when im charging my phone or to a secure connection

That’s because you were in the iOS 13 beta program. You need to delete the beta program and restart your phone.
You have another problem: Your phone is in low power mode; it won’t update until low power mode is off and the battery is above 50%.
