ios 14 is taking too much time to download, Im waiting for moe then 24hrs, I have even restarted my ipad, started download again, but its taking too much tim why...???

The regional Apple update servers continue to be heavily loaded following release of iPadOS - and this is causing difficulties for some in updating their devices. You may need to be patient - as you should be able to update when server capacity becomes available.
