When i try to update my phone to ios 14 and press agree my phone freezes up and doesnt download the update. What do i do?

If we understand correctly, you are unable to start the update process for iOS 14 on your iPhone, as you are stuck at the Terms & Conditions. To help with this, please restart your iPhone and try again, and then update your iPhone with a computer:
