iPad mini

I want to give my iPad mini to my daughter but I want to be sure that,in the process of removing all of my info to replace it with hers, none of my contacts or photos or calendar that exist on my iPhone or my new iPad will be affected. The three devices are currently synced and I need to know how to unsync the

mini before any changes are made.
