How do I sync iphone 11 to outlook calendar and contacts?

Go to Settings then either Contacts or Calendar then select Accounts and choose your Outlook account. You should be able to see what items you want to sync.

Are you using iOS 14 yet or still on iOS 13? I ask because it's different in each of them.
