your account has been disabled in the App Sore and iTunes error message

Hi, I keep on getting an error message saying your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.i have valid payment methods listed. All I want to do is update my apps. What gives?

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
