I had deleted Cash App due to storage issues but need to reload in my iphone 6, but it's not listed in the App Store. Any ideas what I can do?

What I was telling you is the Cash App is not an Apple App, but is a 3rd party app and requires iOS 12 to download. I believe you don't have iOS 12 on your phone. You need iOS 12 or you can't use the app.
What version of iOS do you have on your device? Your original post says iOS 11. Is that true? If it is, you'll need to update to iOS 12 in order to download Cash.
That is NOT an Apple App. It is a 3rd party app and it requires iOS 12 or higher to be downloaded.
Do you mean Wallet? That's where you keep your credit cards you can use for Apple Pay.
